Raposo's Construction completed a multi-project construction program under a single contract for service in September of 2013. Multiple quotes were received for this scope of work. Raposo's Construction provided a competitive quote for the total project with a detailed scope of work for each job. The size of each project required attention to detail and significant man hours and materials. Despite running over on the estimated hours and materials required, Raposo's President, Paulo Raposo, honored the quote provided for the overall contract and did not skimp on materials or quality. We are very pleased with the finished result on each project. The projects completed were;

• Removal and Excavation of old bulkhead and existing foundation. Including removal of all debris.


• Installation of footings, new foundation walls, and floor for new bulkhead including merger and reinforcement of remaining house foundation. This included all form work, all concrete pours, form removal, foundation water proofing, and back fill.


• Water tight installation of new bulkhead.


• Installation of sump pump pit with stepped side walls to accept a grate over the pit.


• Water proofing existing field stone foundation via removal of all loose mortar and replacement with water stop mortar. This included additional joint work in areas with water penetration.

The projects under this scope of work were completed on time per the initial schedule provided and at the cost agreed to. We are very pleased with the quality of work performed and the attention to detail. We have no reservation recommending Raposo's Construction and would be pleased to discuss the work performed with other prospective customers.
